Hoteloil OS

Start here to understand accounts, hotel workspaces, products, and access in Hoteloil OS.

Hoteloil OS brings Drive, ReviewStay, SMS RS, TRVVL, Folio, and Autopilot into one operating system.

Choose the right workspace

Your personal Home workspace provides cross-hotel views, reporting, billing history, and the Folio fleet. Select a hotel account when you need hotel-scoped product tools, team members, settings, or billing.

The account switcher changes the active workspace. Access is enforced on the server for every protected product; a visible navigation item does not grant access by itself.

Common first steps

Open Home and confirm the hotels available to you.
Select a hotel account.
Choose a product from the product switcher.
Use Settings for hotel identity, product configuration, members, billing, and reports.

If a product is unavailable, ask an account owner to review the hotel’s subscription or entitlement.
